NHL - Stars - Tyler Seguin Considers Dallas Cowboys Career
Tyler Seguin is using the football field to show his injured right knee is 100 percent healed. Seguin posted a video to his Instagram account on Tuesday showing him catching a pass as part of agility training.
The caption read, "Just in case the @dallascowboys need my services at all this year."
Seguin missed 10 games last season with a knee injury sustained on Feb. 13, returning earlier than expected. His 37 goals were fifth in the NHL; his 77 points were seventh. He scored nine goals in 10 games for Canada at the 2015 IIHF World Championship wearing a knee brace, but said this summer he would try to start training camp without it. He is not wearing a brace in the video.
"I want to go free. I'm sure you can use a smaller brace or a lighter brace, but they say that once you start relying on them, you never get off. I like skating without one, and I want to keep it that way." Seguin told The Dallas Morning News on July 27. "
