NY Rangers @ Buffalo 3-1 - Mackenzie Skapski allowed a goal on the first shot of the game, at 14 seconds, by Matt Moulson. Moulson was alone in front of the net when he received a pass from Torrey Mitchell to score his ninth goal of the season. Rick Nash's 37th goal of the season gave the Rangers a 2-1 lead 37 seconds into the second period. He received a pass across the zone from Derick Brassard and took a slap shot that beat Sabres goalie Michal Neuvirth. Brassard's assist extended his point streak to six games. Carl Hagelin made it 1-1 with a breakaway goal 5:51 into the first period. Hagelin picked up a loose puck after a J.T. Miller pass was deflected by Brian Gionta. Hagelin broke in alone against Neuvirth and shot the puck through the goalie's legs for his 14th goal of the season. Mats Zuccarello made it 3-1 with his 12th goal of the season 8:05 into the second. Nash got behind Andre Benoit and drew Neuvirth out of position. The shot went off the near post and in front of the net to Zuccarello.
Vancouver @ New Jersey 2-4 - Schneider made some important saves, when the Canucks were on a power play after Marek Zidlicky closed his hand on the puck at 16:06 of the third period with New Jersey holding a 3-2 lead. Canucks coach Willie Desjardins pulled goalie Eddie Lack to make it a two-man advantage, but Mike Cammalleri scored into an empty net, his second goal of the game, with 2:07 remaining. The Devils scored twice 2:58 into the second period to take a 3-0 lead. Tootoo scored off a shot from the left circle that beat Lack to the long side at 50 seconds before Cammalleri scored a power-play goal on a slap shot from the top of the right circle. Kassian converted a nice pass from Daniel Sedin with a tip between the legs of Schneider at 6:23 to make it 3-1. Kassian got behind Eric Gelinas to gain position in the slot and accept a saucer pass from Sedin off a rush. Elias gave the Devils a 1-0 lead 7:12 into the first period when he scored his 403rd NHL goal. After winning an offensive-zone draw, Elias got a return pass from Larsson along the right-wing boards and released a long shot from outside the faceoff circle that deflected off the stick of Dan Hamhuis and beat Lack inside the short-side post.
Toronto @ Carolina 1-2 - After missing on a handful of scoring chances early in the first period, the Hurricanes scored on the power play for a 1-0 lead. Eric Staal's stick caught a piece of Justin Faulk's wrist shot from the blue line for his 18th goal. Toronto countered less than four minutes later with Brandon Kozun's first NHL goal. David Booth's shot hit the left post and slid across the crease to Kozun, who needed two tries to push the puck past Brad Malone at the right post at 17:53. Carolina reclaimed the lead 16 seconds after Kozun's goal, this time with Eric Staal setting up a goal by his younger brother. He held the puck patiently along the wall before putting a pass on Jordan Staal's stick for a redirect from the low slot.
Colorado @ Chicago 4-1 - Gabriel Landeskog and Tyson Barrie scored power-play goals to break a 1-1 tie before Brad Stuart's chip shot from center ice snuck past Blackhawks goalie Corey Crawford. Barrie scored at 12:52 of the first period and started the tic-tac-toe play in the third for Landeskog, who capped it with his 15th goal. That made it 2-1 at 11:05 during a 5-on-3 that swung the momentum in Colorado's favor. Interference penalties were called at 10:44 on Niklas Hjalmarsson and Patrick Sharp. Twenty-four seconds after Landeskog's goal, Barrie made it 3-1 with a slap shot from the point. Stuart's flip 2:44 after Barrie's second goal somehow slithered past Crawford's goal stick and went into the net. Kris Versteeg scored at 9:05 of the second period to tie it 1-1.
Anaheim @ Calgary 6-3 - Cogliano picked up the puck in his own end, skated it through the neutral zone and burst wide in Calgary's zone before centering a pass to Beauchemin, who beat Jonas Hiller to tie the game 2-2. A fortunate bounce put the Ducks ahead at 8:53. Getzlaf's slap shot from the point caromed off the end boards, hit the back of Hiller's leg and slid into the net for his 18th goal of the season to give Anaheim its first lead of the game. Palmieri made it 4-2 at 11:35 when he picked the pocket of Mikael Backlund in front of the net and beat Hiller. Silfverberg fired home a pass from Patrick Maroon at 14:45 to extend the lead to 5-2. Monahan made it 5-3 at 18:10 on the power play with his team-leading 20th of the season, but Lindholm's clearing attempt from his own goal line hit the glass in Anaheim's end before curving into an empty net with 1:01 remaining. The Flames got off to a rare fast start and led 1-0 after the first period. Joe Colborne knocked down Cam Fowler's clearing attempt up the middle. Gibson stopped Colborne's initial shot, but Stajan knocked in the rebound his first goal in 17 games to give the Flames the lead.
Calgary made it 2-0 at 11:02 of the second. Dennis Wideman kept the puck in at the Anaheim blue line as the Ducks started to head up ice and spotted Bouma behind the defense with a shot-pass that Bouma redirected behind Gibson for his 12th of the season. But Cogliano got Anaheim within one with 4:52 remaining in the period. The Ducks caught the Flames on a bad line change, and Corey Perry sent a shot that Hiller stopped. But the puck hit Cogliano, who was driving to the net in search of a rebound, and went past Hiller to cut Calgary's lead to 2-1.
Minnesota @ Edmonton 4-0 - Fontaine scored 10:18 into the first period to give the Wild a 1-0 lead. He redirected Christian Folin's shot past Scrivens for his sixth of the season. Niederreiter made it 2-0 at 15:06 when Scrivens kicked out a shot right to him, and he lifted the puck over the goaltender for his 19th. Schroeder put Minnesota up 3-0 at 15:50 of the second period by converting a cross-ice feed from Thomas Vanek. The Wild raced into the Oilers zone on a 3-on-2 break, and Vanek was able to thread the needle between two Edmonton defensemen to Schroeder for an easy tap-in. Fontaine scored his second goal of the game with 1:15 remaining in regulation. He took a centering pass from Zach Parise and fired it past Scrivens.
